Issues Facing a Coastal Community

Robert C. Zarnetski III is the new South Kingstown Town Manager.  He has extensive experience in public service in Ct. and Washington DC. After working for the USGSA he has been a visiting lecturer at UMASS Boston.  Robert is a past Rotarian of the Norwich Rotary Club so he brings an apprecitation of Rotary with him.  Fur further information contact C.
