About the meeting program:  The bell will be rung at 12:15PM to help the staff with food service timing and a final attendance count.  Also, a subtle "two minute warning" reminder before the end of the meeting will be signaled to help the program end promptly at 1:30PM.

Betsy has deposit confusion and needs folks to come forward and clarify the deposits that have been made. Betsy also spent some time an a New Jersy farm. Jay S started a new house this week, Dennis Mcleavy will be dancing in Las Vegas the up coming week. Judy Fortier has a new  workplace program at Easter Seals for adults with diabilities. Jim Blackerby for spending time with his family on Marthas Vineyard. Betsy read us some of the new 2018 Tax Code and some how made that funny.

Program
Our own Jay Shartenberg, The South County Hot Air Balloon Festival Chairperson, briefed the Wakefield Rotary Club on the upcoming Festival, Some changes are one gate only,  costs are $10 per person, 10 and under are free. We will also have wrist bands to identify who has paid and more importantly who has not! Jay thanked Judy Fortier on her hard work filling all the worker and volunteer shifts. Dave Baud offered accolades to the chair past and current. There will be no fireworks this year, due to URI not allowing them. Room Full of Blues is performing Friday evening. Billy Gilman will perform Saturday evening. It is planed to have a Paul Harris Fellow award presented to Billy Gilman from the Wakefield Rotary Club.The Chariho Rotary will present a Paul Harris Fellow posthumously to Billy's grandfather Gus Woodmansee, a founding member of the Chariho Rotary Club.
Joe Picano a very popular visiting Rotarian from Cranston can not participate in the balloon Festival and was kind enough to send a $100 donation.

Our speaker will be Rotarian Harry Cesario, Harry was inducted into Rotary in 1976 he is a Paul Harris Fellow and Wakefield Rotarian of the Year 1999-2000. He will be doing a Calcification talk to remind us seasoned Rotarians just who he is and to introduce himself to our newer members. Harry is a very interesting individual! You will not want to miss this!!! PLAY BALL!!!!!
